[googlefont="Playfair Display"][googlefont="Alice"] make them good girls go bad
The summer was in full swing, and to the party animals of Primrose, that meant parties without the potential of dealing with professors or guardians. She flattened her skirt and checked herself out in the mirror, tracing her fingertips over her thighs where Aden gripped her so mean on his birthday. Where Aden ran his hands over while pulling her closer and they kissed. She tugged her skirt down a little and knew that a night with her Empire would clear her head and make everything better. She leaned closer to the mirror and applied her favorite sinful red lipstick. She would talk to Casey when he got out of work, and being back in Louisiana meant being a country away from Aden. It was a one time kiss and she didn't need to have it happen again. Even if her whole body ached for him to touch her again. She could feel that way for Casey. It was possible, she just had to talk to him. Move things along more, and then she would stop thinking about Aden as much.
She slipped on her heels and walked down to the boys dorms where the huge party was being held. All of the students who could slip back to the school, or just stayed there full time were swaying with the music and the alcohol was flowing from gem colored bottles. She scanned the crowd for the sculpted cheekbones that could cut glass that she loved so much.
Roman was a great friend, and she knew that even his flirty nature was a good distraction from her conflict with the two men who meant the most to her. She finally spotted him and grinned, "Ro!" She called, holding her arms out for a hug from him. They had been friends since they both became party kids of Primrose and he never failed to make her smile. They would dance together, flirt, and of course be the best wing people for each other. She loved hanging out with him, and thankfully he was typically so wrapped up in himself that he wouldn't even be bothered to ask about her love life. She wanted to move away from thinking about Aden and this was the best way for it.

ROMAN So you can throw me to the wolves. Tomorrow I will come back, leader of the whole pack. Every wound will shape me; every scar will build my throne WORDS 355 NOTES ^.^ | The best parts of his summers spent down south were, without doubt, the parties. NYC was wide awake every minute, every day, for any given reason, but the people of Louisiana were only this lively when they chose to be. Hell, the city was known for one specific annual party, not a constant buzz of activity. It made the whole ordeal feel a hell of a lot more genuine. And at Primrose, he had no need to worry about his mother swooping in and lecturing him on being a proper gentleman. “Blah blah blah, don’t drink alcohol, blah blah blah, don’t kiss people you don’t know,” and everything else she’d been drilling into his head since he was old enough to understand the words. His poor sister was probably still suffering the daily lessons in etiquette. Oh well. At least she’d inherit billions to make up for it.
He’d been flirting talking with a random named Sarah or something when he heard a familiar voice call him from across the room. “Is that my Evan?” he asked no one in particular, handing Samantha his drink so he could go search for his blond-haired beauty. There she was, in all her radiant glory, moving through the crowd like Moses through the Red Sea. Except Evangeline Charbonneau was significantly hotter, and she didn’t have a beard. He pulled her into a one-armed hug, grinning widely.
“I missed you, you bitch,” he said once the hug broke. “You’re one of the few people here that are actually fun.” He wasn’t lying, either. Sure, he talked to a dozen or so other kids at Primrose, but a vast majority of the student body put him to sleep. Most were only good for a quick laugh or a session in bed. Apart from being physically attractive, Evan was funny, and he genuinely enjoyed her company.
“Mmm, Evan, you need a drink, and I do too. I don’t know what happened to mine.” With one arm thrown over her shoulder, he set off towards the traditional alcohol-filled punch cooler.

[googlefont="Playfair Display"][googlefont="Alice"] make them good girls go bad
Once she heard the music, she realized just how much she needed a good party. The last one she went to, she ended up grinding on the birthday boy’s lap while her boyfriend danced in the other room. She felt the music move over her and of course her main focus for the evening was looking as dapper as always. Roman was at the center of the party, a pretty woman hanging on every word that dripped from his sculpted lips. Evan smirked when she saw the look on the Sarah-or-Mara-or-Lara’s face when he stepped away from her in favor of Evan’s company. They had been friends since they both got to Primrose and she loved the intoxicating presence of him. How he made her feel like she was the funniest and best person to be around, but seconded only to how amazing he was.
She hugged him back, watching the other woman slink off to lick her wounds. She really couldn’t care less if she made another enemy at the school. She needed time with her Roman Empire and she was going to take it while she could. She stayed by his side when he pulled away from the hug and kept an arm wrapped around his lean waist. She needed time to just clear her head, and Empire happened to be the master at it. He was someone who made her laugh, made her forget all of her troubles, and of course get her into all sorts of trouble. He was the terrible influence friend that every parent worried about, and she loved him for it.
“Missed you too.” She pecked his cheek and walked with him to the punch cooler for something to drink. There were tons of bottles, and she felt like a kid in a candy store. She didn’t even know where to start, but it all looked good. She wanted to forget. She wanted to dance until nothing else mattered and that seemed like a good place to start. “Probably left it with that girl giving me the evil eye.” She teased, knowing that she would deal with a jealous what’s-her-face later.
“But whatever, I look better on your arm than she does.” She poured herself a drink and took a deep drink from it. She was drinking to forget and she knew that the bottle of tequila was going to be her best friend for the rest of the night.
